Do you want to make money with Social Media?
Please let me begin with some advice…
Many marketers are not aware that they are basically spamming people by posting their business with a link. I suppose a little of this every now and then is fine. However, I am referring to those persons that never actually socialize, never really contribute, never say hello and it is obvious they are running around in a frenzy to promote “BUY FROM ME” in social media.
Imagine going to a party and you meet someone there. You don’t introduce yourself, you don’t say hello, you don’t’ ask about them or their likes and dislikes and you immediately pull out your case and say BUY FROM ME! I have this great weight loss pill…I have this great functional beverage…you can make $10,000 a month right away…buy from me…buy from me!
Well, I think most people would say that person at the very least is a jerk! (Choose whatever word(s) you prefer).
Therefore, I say it must be approached in a different manner…
The cutting-edge of social media for business and networking is very clear. You NEED to start establishing yourself as a ‘name brand’.
If you are going to be involved with social media and desire an income stream that pays you no matter what company or product you’re currently promoting; then you must get this right. I know this sounds like I am beating a drum again and again but people want to partner with and work with people whom they know, trust, like and respect. This just makes sense…common sense.
The best way to create trust and credibility is by establishing your own personal brand. I will be doing a video on this so make sure to look for it on my blog.
Are you ready to create YOU, Inc? Are you ready to start branding yourself as a true ‘expert’ in your niche and create your own network of people that follow you because they trust you, like you, in most cases agree with you, and of course buy from you for some of the reasons mentioned…?
I will be doing a lot more on social media but wanted to provide a little insight here and something for you to think about.
