Are you DOING Network Marketing the right way?

Network Marketing is SUCH a simple business model BUT people tend to over-complicate things and only end of frustrating themselves.
When people join you in your Home Based Business, they didn’t come into your company because they wanted a boss.
So…QUIT hovering over people to try to get them to do things.
Be a GREAT example and be EXACTLY the person you want your team members to be.
This would be a good time to look at the man/woman in the mirror!
You want them to enroll more people? Then YOU enroll more people.
You want them to make a large prospect/candidate list? Then YOU make a huge list.
You want them to contact, invite (prospecting) 2 hours a day? Then YOU prospect 2 hours a day.
You want to them plug into the training, learn and grow? Then YOU do this and be THE best person that follows your own advice.
Spend 15-20 hours a week (part-time) on your network marketing business and it must be in contacting and inviting people… (I have generic trainng on this below)
Keep going and keep doing this and soon you’ll find 6-10-12 people that want to be like you.
Like you, as in…Someone that’s doing it, someone that walks the walk.
Does this make sense?
Is it clear?
We all hear about leverage so here’s an example:
10 people that spend 20 hours a week on their business (assuming all of them have jobs; so just a part-time effort).
That’s 200 hours a week (say it again…200 hours a week) plus your 20 hours and NOW you begin to leverage your time. I don’t care how hard you work or how committed you are; this number of hours now exceeds what you could do by yourself.
Teach those to do the same and soon you’ll turn those 220 hours a week into thousands of hours and you’ll see the growth and success you’ve always dreamed of and wanted but it starts with you today and right now.
I mention this is a strong encourgement and reminder that your focus is to keep going, keep taking action and to do it in the “High Pay-Off” activities of contacting and inviting.
Keep it simple…
Get into action and stay there.
This is a contact sport (contacting, inviting, etc)
Plug people into your system (the company, the team, etc)…
Keep going!
