Who is Al?
Hey, thanks for stopping by here.
I have been in sales my entire life; it began at a shoe store in Los Angeles at the age of 15, (not counting selling combs, seeds and more as a Boy Scout) and worked every weekend and holiday for the following 3 1/2 years.
This awesome experience taught me at a very young age to sell, interact with others. compete, be responsible and this is when I began to dream and develop my interests in personal growth.
As a young adult I entered the lending field and worked for a few companies for about 9 years and then the entrepreneur side of me started my own business which quickly grew to about 50 employees in 3 offices. I experienced tremendous success and yet I also had lots of stress, worked many hours and time off was limited due to my responsibilities.
Along the way I joint ventured with others, owned real estate and mortgage companies; including a franchise company, (never again) and after years of success, high and lows, overhead; I concluded I was happiest living a simple life.
A life whereby I can work when I want, from where I want and on the professional side coach, mentor, teach and encourage others to succeed. On the personal side; a life that allows me to spend a ton of time with my wife and young twins, (Bella and Tito) as we travel, (love the beach) or simply go to the park, the lake across the street, for a bite to eat or hang out at home as long as we are smiling, laughing and enjoying life.
Today I dedicate myself to empowering others, run mastermind groups, one on one and group coaching and generally enjoy spending time with positive; like minded people.
